I led the discovery sessions to understand client goals and audience needs, organized the sitemap and user flows, and coordinated design and development tasks. I also oversaw the booking integration, ensuring the platform was user-friendly and easy to manage for the client’s team.
Outcome
The final website offers a clear navigation, ecommerce store, accessible booking features, and a design that balances professionalism with warmth. The platform is scalable, setting Savera Counselling up for future growth.
