Hopewoods Psychotherapy – Rebrand & Digital Strategy

Objective
Increase visibility and attract more clients (both paying and pro bono), while also strengthening Hopewoods’ reputation as a psychotherapy training hub in Toronto.

Process
I worked with the KIAI Agency team to lead the redesign of Hopewoods’ bilingual website (English and Chinese), focusing on user flows and accessibility. Alongside this, I developed the site structure and implemented technical solutions to support a smooth client experience. As part of the wider strategy, the team rolled out a refreshed brand identity, launched targeted email marketing campaigns, and produced monthly blog content to position Hopewoods as a thought leader in the field.

Outcome
From 2021 to 2023, Hopewoods’ website experienced a remarkable organic growth rate of 400% per month, solely through SEO and Blogging efforts. Starting from just 15 page views per month in 2021, the website surged to 2,000 page views per month by 2023, culminating in a total of 35,000 page views in 2023 alone, with a projected 66,000 page views anticipated by the end of 2024.

Hopewoods is now recognized not only as a trusted counselling centre but also as a key training institution, with more therapists and students joining their programs.
