Frankie

I wrote Frankie to a friend, actually. Full of personality and partner. She won me over. She has some weird ways, and she really defends her home and who she loves and above all she is very loyal and transforms the room when she arrives, because of how she looks and how she can create an impact. We play this song with @rockpapertexas and everyone loves it. I like her very much. The story? When I was working as a web designer at a company in Vancouver, the owner, my dear friend Omer, took Frankie to the office and one day as I was walking with Omer, Frankie and another colleague, Frankie ran into a dog and was very angry with him. This colleague of ours said “yeah man, don’t fuck with Frankie!”. That was my cue. I wrote the song right there in the office. Much love to Frankie, who contributed with her original barks in the song! 

Eu escrevi Frankie para uma amiga, na verdade. Cheia de personalidade e parceira. Ela me ganhou. Ela tem umas manias esquisitas, e defende mesmo sua casa e quem ela ama e acima de tudo ela é muito fiel e transforma o ambiente quando chega por causa de sua aparência e sua personalidade impactante. Quando eu trabalhava como webdesigner numa empresa em Vancouver, o dono meu querido amigo Omer levava a Frankie para o escritório e um dia passeando com ele, a Frankie e outro colega, Frankie se esbarrou com um cachorro e ficou muito brava com ele. Esse nosso colega disse “yeah man, don’t fuck with Frankie!”. Foi a deixa. Escrevi o som naquele dia mesmo no escritório.
